The project
Repaint the whole house: walls, ceilings, trim and doors, two coats of one off-white, satin in the baths. Pull the carpet in the living room, dining, hallway and the three bedrooms and lay the click-lock LVP you've already bought, with new quarter round painted to match. The house is empty, so there's no furniture to move.
